Teddy Bears come out of hibernation in the Spring to attend a formal afternoon tea complete with story time followed by tea and crumpets.
Summer Reading Program
Too often children stop reading once school is out for summer. Friends hope to reverse this trend by providing incentives for the Cabarrus County Library's Young Adult and Children's Summer Reading Program. We believe that the Summer Reading Program not only fosters a love of reading for children, but also a love of the library.
